Services we provide

Asbestos

Due to the fire resistant quality of asbestos, it was used in many building products before its negative health effects were discovered. Asbestos fibers can be found in materials such as heater ducts, tape, insulation, acoustic or "popcorn" ceilings, drywall, plaster, caulk, floor tiles, linoleum, mastic, transite pipes, transite siding, transite counter tops, roofing materials and shingles.

We remove all asbestos materials following the strict guide lines set forth by the EPA, Cal-OSHA, and the BAAQMD. Our materials are responsibly disposed of, and waste is contained and tracked all the way to the waste facility.

Lead

Lead is most commonly found in the paint of homes and commercial buildings. Beginning April 22, 2010, US law requires that contractors performing renovation, repair, and painting projects in homes, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 must be certified and trained to follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination, if the project disturbs more than six square feet of paint.

We remove all lead materials following the strict guide lines set forth by the EPA, Cal-OSHA, and BAAQMD and dispose of all old lead paint responsibly.

Mold

Mold can thrive in structures when moisture is present and can cause major health problems due to its toxic nature. Mold can be found in bathrooms, kitchens, attics, crawl spaces, vents, cluttered storage areas, poor ventilated areas, flooded areas, and near plumbing.

If mold is not addressed, it can continue to grow and threaten the health of your family and pets.

We follow the strict guide lines set forth by the EPA, Cal-OSHA, and BAAQMD when remediating mold.
